At Stone Theory, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Only size exchanges are permitted for the same product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@stonetheory.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions.
Ship the item back to us securely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
