At Stone Theory, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items, innerwear, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchange Eligibility
- Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Only the same product can be exchanged for a different size.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@stonetheory.in with your order number and reason for the request.
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we'll share the return instructions or shipping details.
- Pack the product securely and send it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
