Exchange Request

We want you to love your Stone Theory purchase. If you need a different size, we're happy to help you exchange it.

Before You Submit

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your item is eligible. Key points:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Only size exchanges for the same product are accepted.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Submit Your Exchange Request

1. Email us at support@stonetheory.in with the subject line: Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]
2. Include the following details in your email:
   • Order number
   • Product name and current size
   • Desired size
   • Reason for exchange
   • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
4. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.
5. Your exchanged item will be dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving the return.
