Need a different size? No worries! At Stone Theory, we're happy to assist with size exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Before You Submit Your Request

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before requesting an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Only size exchanges for the same product are accepted.
  • Sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

How to Submit an Exchange Request

  1. Email us at support@stonetheory.in with the subject: Exchange Request – Your Order Number
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Current Size
    • Required Size
    • Reason for Exchange
    • Clear product photos (if requested)
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we'll share the return instructions.
  5. After we receive and inspect your item, your replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days, subject to stock availability.
